Service Level Agreement’s (SLA’s)
Automation Solar’s mission is to provide increased targeted savings for all users. Targeted savings are a guide to provide the Automation Solar module a goal to reach monthly and yearly.
These savings may fluctuate monthly due to seasonality and generation of Solar PV. Automation Solar supports monthly optimisations that are included within the monthly subscription fee and part of the Service Level Agreement that Automation Solar guarantees in order to maximise the achievement of Targeted Savings.
The team at Automation Solar will provide support throughout the month as part of the SLA’s to ensure that Targeted Savings are achieved and will act as a ‘Customer Success Manager ‘ throughout the subscription period.

- Solar generation forecasting
- Demand Management
- Energy Management
- AI optimised scheduling and decisions
- Real-time reactive decisions
- Battery optimisation
- Easy to understand reporting
- Weather, temperature, humidity, wind speed and air pressure analysis
- Maximising export value
- Maximising/Minimising import tariffs
- Optimal import charging
- Outage & Error reporting
- Secure hosting
